Expressive Arts Facilitator Private and Group Sessions:
Art allows us to express emotions that cannot be put
into words. Over the years, it has been demonstrated to help people work
through challenging life experiences and move forward in emotional breakthroughs.
In the past, I helped children gain a greater appreciation of the world's
prominent artists and art forms through the Art Masters school programs.
Now, I am offering adults private sessions and group workshops to experience the healing qualities of the expressive modalities.

One of my greatest goals is to help people experience the
healing powers of these activities.
I work with you on multiple levels including body, mind, spirit, and emotions.

I am also in a Master of Science in Counseling program studying to
become a licensed counseling therapist. In addtion, I am in the
process of earning a certificate in Therapeutic Art. I plan to offer
art therapy, dance therapy, and equine assisted psychotherapy in my
future practice.
I wrote a number of inspirational messages during my meditations, and these became the foundation for the book Messages from a Godly Place: Spiritual Insights for a Challenging World. This
book is for people from all backgrounds and discusses a wide range of
subjects.
I present as a motivational
and inspirational speaker before live audiences and through broadcast
media, where I also discuss guidelines for healthier
relationships, as well as my personal story of self-healing from Lupus
and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
My
work as a professional artist has blessed me with new insights into my
own journey and I have had the opportunity to showcase my paintings at
various art shows, galleries, and spiritual centers. I am grateful for
the awards that I have won for my paintings and sculpture, and continue
to reflect upon new ways to create artwork that is spiritually
meaningful.
